Residence Inn by Marriott Tyler

Stayed in many Residence Inns with my family throughout my years in business but this one surprised me and not in a good way. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful but this was by far the cheapest quality, construction and most poorly kept and managed hotel I have stayed in. 1) the AC register to the bedroom did not work so someone thought it would be a good solution to have a large stand alone ac unit standing there in the middle of the wall blocking access to that side of the bed. We had such a great experience here! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back. Full kitchen came in handy! Loved the lovely lady working the breakfast she was so sweet! The indoor pool was nice and clean. Tyler helped us alot with questions and check in process she was great!

booked this hotel and arrived with my family. The staff was very kind and helpful. The issue is with the cleanliness of the rooms. The first room was dirty and still had other people’s belongings/products inside. The door was also open when we arrived. We asked to be moved to another room, and they kindly did, but the cleanliness still was not the best. They also did not have body wash or the necessary toiletries/products in the room.
